Software Sales Manager

Dotphoton is looking for an energetic, out-going and highly motivated team player to join our growing Jetraw software sales team on a full-time basis with a B/C work permit in Switzerland.

The role requires identifying and cloning new sales opportunities, building long-term relationships with existing and potential clients while growing profitability, and maximizing company growth.

As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for business development by generating leads, converting prospective clients into customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and developing client/partner referrals.

  • Generating new business and fostering relationships with current clients.
  • Ensuring sales metrics are exceeded and well documented.
  • Collaborating with team members and leaders to improve the customer experience.
  • Mastering the product portfolio in order to articulate value via presentations and proposals, ensuring that solutions and services are aligned to client needs.
What we are looking for:
  • MSc or MEng or PhD related to imaging / microscopy / optics
  • Experience in imaging market like biomedical, space or automotive is a plus.
  • 1+ year software sales experience is a must (Ideally SaaS, subscription-based, or related technology sales experience)
  • Opportunity hunter
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPI
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Comfortable presenting software in front of executives, supervisors and end-users
  • Results oriented professional
  • Creative problem solver, able to quickly resolve issues and negotiate any challenges that occur with customers
  • Languages: English mandatory (fluent), German is a big plus.

Place of work: Zug, Switzerland mandatory.

A must have: Valid Swiss B or C work permit or Swiss/EU passport
